ANXIETY

Treatment for anxiety is one of my main focus areas. Anxiety therapy is a type of treatment that helps individuals manage and overcome their anxiety. It typically involves working together to identify the root causes of your anxiety, developing coping strategies, and practicing relaxation techniques. The goal of anxiety therapy is to help you feel more in control of your thoughts and emotions, and to improve your overall quality of life.

DEPRESSION

Another area I focus on is Depression. Depression therapy typically involves us working together in order for you to feel supported, and for you to develop accurate coping strategies. Depending on the severity of the depression, therapy may be combined with medication or other forms of treatment. The goal of depression therapy is to help you manage your symptoms, improve your quality life, and develop coping mechanisms.

ADJUSTMENT/ LIFE TRANSITIONS

I also love to work with individuals dealing with adjustment. Therapy for adjustment is a type of counseling that will help you cope with life changes and transitions. This type of therapy can be beneficial if you are are struggling with a job, a move to a new city, or a major life event such as a divorce or the death of a loved one. The goal of this treatment is to help you develop coping skills and strategies to manage stress and adapt to change.
